About Us

The following represents the formation and evolution of TCM:

  • Total Claims Management (TCM) was formed as a separate business group within AutoComm, Inc in 2002 to expand the transportation claims business segment of AutoComm and went to market with our web based product in September of 2002.

  • AutoComm has been a leading provider of freight inspection services with its focus on the automotive industry since 1986 and has been providing transportation claims management on an out sourcing basis since 1994. AutoComm, through it's various business segments, processed over 80,000 claims in 2003 to a variety of industries.

  • TCM's goal has been to be the leader in the third party processing of transportation freight claims. We strive to not only process the claims in the most efficient manner, but to also provide timely and extensive reporting to our clients for their dissemination and use in the management of their respective businesses. This allows them to focus on their core business while TCM handles this segment of the customer service aspect of their business for them.

  • In order to be consistent with TCM's goal and AutoComm's mission statement (see AutoComm page), the management at AutoComm and TCM in January, 2004 decided to form a wholly owned subsidiary. Total Claims Management (TCM) was incorporated June 1, 2004 and comprises all aspects of the business segments outlined on this web site.

  • TCM's innovative web-based claims management system enables TCM to process claims via the internet while also offering other programs as required by the industries and clients served. These programs allow TCM to deliver flexible claim solutions in a timely and efficient manner. All the requirements of the claims management function are tied together - from delivery data and carrier information to product and shipping information - resulting in the saving of time and elimination of redundant data entry and other inefficiencies.
