Automotive Transportation Claims

TCM's sister company Autocomm, Inc. has provided third party inspection services and data collection to the automotive and transportation industries for over fifteen years. Autocomm's dedication to quality and damage prevention is what sparked the creation of TCM and has aided in our development and growth.

TCM's automotive claims system, MatchClaim, process's claims electronically for automotive manufacturers such as DaimlerChrysler, General Motors, Ford Motor Company and Volkswagen of America. Claims can also be entered manually for those manufacturers that are not electronic and give the user reporting and trend analysis capabilities.

Below is an example of a claims screen, which was populated by the manufacturer's information. At the bottom of the screen is the vehicle inspection history (VIN history), as it was inspected throughout the transportation process. Damages claimed by the dealer are located in the yellow squares located under, Damages, and matched to the damages recorded in the VIN history section.

So, in one easy step, all the information you need to analyze a claim is right in front of you, and your reply, whether it's a declination or payment, is sent electronically with the click of a button.
